   Yes as a matter of fact my Father had a stroke caused by Vioxx. We are in the middle of a suit against the company. It is a risky drug that should not be taken by anyone under any circumstances.

   I think these lawsuits are hitting some a statute of limitations. It’s like all the TV ads for mesothelioma cases; I think the lawyers are scrambling like mad to get their cases filed before time expires.
