   Being part of or involved in a pending lawsuit settlement, most attorneys and bankers will tell you, is a very weak reason to obtain a loan. Seek another method, home equity, etc.

   remembe the old saying “don’t count the ****** until the eggs hatch!! same way — bad move borrowing money against and unknown!!!!

   Have you tried Google? I think there are financial institutions that handle this kind of stuff. JG Wentworth is one that comes to mind.
