I took Vioxx?

I took Vioxx for my OA and now I 'm Many in pain and I can 't get around as I need. Arrest well taken because of Vioxx that I noticed the mood swing and other problems that I have ever had before. I have communicated with a lawyer but do not know if they could help. Despressed for 6months to a 1yr. I wanted to and thought to harm, much more. I will just know if I have a case. Cause of injuries to the knee and Vioxx very well and I was not thinking or not wanting to harm us. And I know that the vioxx that sometimes I lost memory of short duration.

Vioxx was associated with increased cardiovascular risks, but unless you can show your mood swings are from a stroke related to the Vioxx, you’re pretty well SOL. Just because you didn’t have the mood problems before, and you did after, doesn’t mean diddle. That’s a “post hoc ergo propter hoc” logical fallacy that might fool an illogical jury member, but it’d never have a chance.
