It sounds like these drugs shouldn’t have been put on the marker.

I took Bextra regularly for about a year and never had any problems. Even after the first warnings came out my doctor said she thought it was fine for me to keep taking it, since it was working so well and no decent alternatives were available. Eventually it was pulled from the market here (in Canada) and my pharmacist called me at home and asked me to bring in all my extra pills for disposal. I am not convinced that this drug should have been discontinued entirely, although it is true that more restrictions on who can safely take the drug (and probably more research to figure that out) were probably necessary before putting it on the market.

I don’t know much about the other two drugs, sorry.
